Martin Ellis, a business blogger, hosted a seminar about his experience and tips of blogging. He encouraged all attending to think of one thing your audience needs to know and to start writing as soon as possible.
“Blogging is like painting: once you’ve got the paint brush in your hand, it flows.”
He gave tips to help beginners improve, such as to write regularly with a maximum of 500 words. A crucial tip he suggested was to take part in conversations online using links, causing a usually unreachable audience to look up his blog and boost readership.
Jonathan Dolding, Head of Marketing for Let’s Do Business, says “the six hour event is set to be successful. We aim to massively boost business networking in Sussex.”
