Local cycling community, ‘From Pier to Eternity,’ is organising an illuminated sound system bike ride, in celebration of Halloween.

The event, led by DJ Candice, is set to start at 7pm this evening. The ride will begin with a lap of Hastings Pier. All are welcome to join, and are encouraged to dress to scare.
