Next summer’s tournament boasts talent from all over the world including defending champions Germany, favourites and five-time winners Brazil, European champions Portugal, along with other world talents; Spain, France & Belgium.
England safely qualified for next summer’s world cup with 8 wins and 2 draws from 10 games and will most likely be paired with one of the world’s ‘big boys’ in pot 1 including, Brazil, Portugal or France.
The groups are made from a random draw including all 32 teams. Each pot has been seeded based on the October 2017 Fifa world rankings. There are 4 pots with 8 teams in each pot. No team from the same continent can be drawn with each other except for UEFA (European teams) where only a maximum of 2 European countries can be put into a group.
The draw for the final groups will be on Friday, 1 December in Moscow at the state Kremlin Palace concert hall at 15:00 GMT.
