Nearly all Brits fail to stick to new years resolutions.
“New year, a new me”, this is a phrase that many of us are all too familiar with, but just how successful are Brits at sticking to their new year’s resolutions?
A recent BUPA survey has revealed that only 46% of people that make resolutions will succeed in sticking to them past six months.
Popular resolutions include weight loss, quitting smoking and financial improvements, with as many as 36% of Brits make no resolutions at all.
“I’ve made resolutions in the past and broken it the next week. I think it’s better for you to slowly implement things” says student, Kelly Streep.
